Goldfish Swim School Tacoma is seeking an energetic front desk associate to greet families, handle calls and emails, and process sales and registrations. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly service and helping parents sign up their swimmers.

This role emphasizes teamwork, on-site training, and a welcoming lobby, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a culture-driven company focused on building confident young swimmers.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones, emails and texts in a professional manner.
• Conducts sales calls for prospective members.
• Processes student registrations using sales/customer service techniques.
• Resolves customer concerns/complaints professionally.
• Assists customers with purchases of merchandise and memberships.
• Greets parents and students at the front desk.
• Checks in students on the attendance system.
• Maintains lobby, snack shack, changing areas and restrooms cleanliness.
• Makes calls to resolve open account problems.
• Enforces safety rules and administers first aid when necessary.
