Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the showroom, creating the first impression.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the right departments.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally with a warm, helpful attitude.
• Operate a multi-line phone system efficiently.
• Support sales consultants and managers with daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep coffee station stocked and clean.
• Assist with other office duties (scanning, mailing, filing).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
