Formación

• Previous customer service, receptionist, or BDC experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with professional appearance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using dealership software and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to incoming internet and phone inquiries.
• Contact customers via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with sales leads and previous customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.

Responsibilities

Business Development
