Job summary

Apple Farm Service, Inc. is seeking an energetic Receptionist at the Covington location to provide an exceptional customer experience.

You will be the face and voice of the location, greeting guests and handling a variety of administrative tasks to support departments. This role requires a positive, team-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple duties with professionalism.

Qualifications

• One year of retail, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Basic business administration knowledge helpful.
• Knowledge of database software and standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to speak effectively in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors, direct them appropriately, and announce guests.
• Answer a multi-line telephone system; greet, assist, and forward calls as needed.
• Take messages and transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
• Provide information such as store hours, directions, and addresses to callers.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and provide administrative support to other departments.
