Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team in Columbia, SC. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers and directing them to the right team members to ensure a positive experience.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will manage front desk duties, answer phones, and log sales calls in the CRM, while maintaining a professional appearance and tone expected by Camping World.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong initiative with leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability as a team member.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and guests.
• Greet and welcome customers and set a positive tone.
• Direct VIP appointments to the appropriate team member.
• Coordinate front desk activities and answer/direct phone calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in the CRM system.
• Support customers with inquiries at the reception desk.
