Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greet guests, and set a positive tone for every interaction.

Responsibilities include answering phones, directing inquiries, and coordinating front desk activities while maintaining strong note-taking and CRM practices. The role requires excellent communication and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative, with leadership potential and teamwork.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and teamwork.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Competent with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers and set a positive tone.
• Coordinate front desk activities and answer/direct calls.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct to the appropriate team.
• Maintain CRM records and track incoming sales calls.
• Assist customers with questions at the reception desk.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
