Lithia Motors’ Hyundai dealership on Covington Pike is seeking a courteous receptionist to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will answer calls, page staff, transfer lines, greet customers, and help keep the desk and showroom orderly.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license is necessary. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Page employees requested by customers in person or via telephone.
• Transfer calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
