The role requires strong communication, an eye for detail, and a valid driver's license; open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to support dealership operations.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely information and service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Page employees requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
