Lithia Motors’ Hyundai dealership on Covington Pike is seeking a courteous receptionist to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will answer calls, page staff, transfer lines, greet customers, and help keep the desk and showroom orderly.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license is necessary. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate phone handling and message taking.
• A sense of urgency helps in greeting customers and directing calls promptly.
• Excellent communication skills are required to interact with customers and staff.
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate dealership assets if needed.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
