Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer/data entry skills; excellent verbal communication and customer service are a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns with professionalism.
• Register warranties for newly sold vehicles and assist with front desk tasks as needed.
• Maintain an organized front desk and filing system and support multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
