Krause Auto Group is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This front-line role creates the welcoming environment and ensures every customer interaction starts with a positive, professional experience in a fast-paced dealership.

As the first contact, you will answer calls, greet guests, direct them to the right department, schedule appointments, and support sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Notify staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
