Krause Auto Group in Georgia is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our front-line team. You’ll be the first impression, welcoming guests and directing them to the right department, helping schedule appointments, and supporting our sales and service staff to create a seamless dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Friendly, professional, organized front-desk presence.
• Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department
• Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
• Provide general administrative and front desk support
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
