As CSR, you’ll greet customers, route them to the right staff, schedule appointments, update customers on vehicle status, take payments, and handle various admin tasks while maintaining our Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30

Qualifications

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30AM - 5:30PM shift
• Computer savvy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Distribution of customers coming in office to appropriate staff
• Scheduling appointments
• Updating customers with vehicle updates
• Receive payments
• Various admin tasks including answering and routing incoming calls and scanning document
