In this front desk role, you'll greet live customers, answer a multi-line phone system, register warranties on newly sold vehicles, and support our sales, service and parts teams with accurate administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet live customers and visitors, direct them to the appropriate department; Answer and route a multi-line phone system; Handle inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
• Administrative & Inventory Support: Register warranties for newly sold vehicles; Enter new vehicle units into inventory and process paperwork; Provide general administrative support to sales, service, and parts teams.
• General Support: Support multiple departments in a fast-paced dealership; Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
