Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records within dealership systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers and the Sales, Service, Parts, and Management teams.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry.
