UNIBODY is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to be the face of our collision center. This fast-paced front desk role involves greeting customers, coordinating with insurance companies, and guiding clients from FNOL to vehicle delivery.

You will manage calls, emails, and texts, schedule estimates and repairs, and keep customers updated with real-time status while supporting technicians and the production team. Excellent communication and organization are essential in this role.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred; auto industry a plus.
• Willingness to learn collision repair workflows and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phones, emails, and SMS/text communications.
• Assist FNOL and insurance claims setup for customers.
