Duties include scheduling, mail handling, visitor sign-in, directing guests, maintaining the sign-in log, and keeping the reception area tidy while protecting resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• clerical functions and multiline phone system experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Answer telephone calls, take messages or forward calls.
• Check visitors in and direct them to destinations.
• Maintain visitor sign-in log and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area and uphold confidentiality.
