YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SALON EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position with a combination of day and evening shifts, typically working Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with occasional Friday and Saturday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As our Salon Experience Specialist, you'll be one of the first people guests interact with, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they call or walk through the door. You'll welcome visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help guests feel valued and cared for. You'll also keep the front desk running smoothly while recommending products and services, supporting sales efforts, resolving guest concerns, and confidently handling escalated situations when they arise.
