Qualifications

• Current active and unrestricted State License is required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Two years of experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk service in person and over the phone.
• Greet patients and collect information for new visits.
• Verify patient insurance and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Oversee reception, phones, mail, and office supplies.
• Train and supervise administrative volunteers and coordinate front office coverage.
