Job Overview

We're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, you'll greet visitors, handle administrative duties, and support clinic operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet visitors and provide information about the clinic.
  2. Answer and route incoming calls, take messages.
  3. Check-in patients and verify insurance information.
  4. Notify clinicians of patient arrivals and readiness.
  5. Schedule appointments and update patient records.
  6. Process payments and manage account resolutions.
  7. Handle shipments, mail, and other administrative tasks.
  8. Drive internal marketing initiatives and foster team participation.
