Part-Time position available - Tuesdays, Thursdays, every other Saturday

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
• Have strong phone and computer skills.
• Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
• Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients.
• Prioritize and perform multiple tasks effectively.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories.
• Work well with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills with members and patients.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in an organized manner.

• Providing excellent service to members and patients
• The Wellness Coordinator's primary responsibility is to gain memberships and meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients upon arrival, and check them in for their appointments.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
• Support team goals and foster positive relationships with team members.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages confidently.
• Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning opportunity.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus!
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
