**Job Summary:**
Front Desk Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities by managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to provide exceptional service to patients.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet and assist patients either in person or over the phone, addressing their inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently.
2. Collect patient information and ensure that all records are accurately documented in the system.
3. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient services and address any scheduling conflicts.
4. Verify insurance information, process payments, and assist patients with billing inquiries.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care experience.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
2. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
4. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and Denticon systems.
5. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Understanding of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
