Candidate Requirements and Skills:

  • Ambitious to climb the company ladder
  • Positive attitude and winning mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience with point of sale software and accurate patient account management
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • At least one year of sales experience
  • Ability to participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Ability to educate patients on wellness services and offerings
  • Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories
  • Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Manage patient flow efficiently
  • Availability on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Provide excellent service to members and patients
  • Primary goal is to gain memberships and meet sales targets
  • Greet members and patients, check-in, and assist with appointments
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Support team goals and foster positive relationships
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and packages
  • Report member concerns to management and follow policies
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Accept constructive feedback positively
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
