Job summary

IntegraCare in Queenstown, MD is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors, route calls, and provide clerical support. You will be the first point of contact, directing guests and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.

Hours are Fridays 4–7 PM and every third Saturday and Sunday 9 AM–5 PM. A HS diploma or GED and 6–12 months of office experience are preferred. Drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of basic telephone reception systems and techniques.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: six months to one year reception experience in an office environment; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and answer incoming calls.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or area.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and mail sorting.
