Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer one year experience in a clerical position.
• Experience with MS Word/Excel, e-mail and other computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner and direct to appropriate location.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to the correct person or department.
• Maintain an accurate staff master file and resident roster with HIPAA privacy in mind.
• Assist with admissions paperwork and other clerical tasks as directed by supervision.
• Document and relay resident/family inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Perform word processing, copying, filing, and mail sorting as part of daily duties.
