Qualifications

• Two years of previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, family members, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming manner.
• Maintain a professional, orderly front desk environment for patient and staff comfort.
• Answer phones and transfer calls per confidentiality standards.
• Direct patients to appropriate hospital departments or services.
• Protect demographic, financial, and protected health information.
• Support registration processes and use EMR to locate appointments.
