Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality Specialist to manage a busy front desk in Wichita, KS. This is a full-time role with 8am–5pm hours, Monday through Friday, offering a compassionate, fast-paced environment and the opportunity to be the first voice and face for visitors and clients.

The position emphasizes energy, warmth, professionalism, and calm in daily interactions, with responsibilities ranging from greeting visitors to coordinating with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Welcome applicants, caregivers, clients, and visitors with professionalism and kindness.
• Connect callers and guests to the right departments quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with problem solving and gathering information for staff and families.
• Support office operations with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Prepare documentation and reports as needed.
• Help create a positive, supportive office atmosphere every day.
