Kiawah Island Club is seeking a polished Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for Members and guests, assisting with logistics, reservations, and concierge requests. You will support membership onboarding and communicate club policies to ensure exceptional service across all amenities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork in a luxury private club setting on Kiawah Island, with a schedule primarily Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Four-year college degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Recreation, or related field is ideal.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple systems (email, phone system, reservation programs, Google Suite, etc.).
• Previous hospitality, food & beverage, customer service, or private club experience preferred.
• Must enjoy customer service and stay polished with Members and staff at all times.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Members and guests.
• Assist with logistics and reservations for events and club facilities.
• Handle concierge requests and general inquiries.
• Maintain data entry for membership and assist Membership Director with onboarding.
• Communicate policies and operations of club amenities to optimize service.
