Meadowood Napa Valley is seeking a Front Desk Agent to support day-to-day operations in our resort lodge. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and resolve guest concerns with Forbes 5-star service standards.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong guest relations, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized during busy periods. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, service-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong guest/customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
• Willing to work flexible front desk shifts.

Responsibilities

• Actively work AM/PM/MID Front Desk Agent shifts.
• Provide gracious hospitality to all guests entering reception lodge.
• Resolve 1st and 2nd level guest problems/complaints.
• Assist Reception staff with heavy check-ins, check-outs, room moves, billing questions and related tasks.
• Maintain the reception desk and lodge in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Ensure supplies and inventory are stocked and available for the desk.
