Qualifications

• Experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or related fields.
• Ability to interact with the public in high-volume or sensitive situations.
• Experience with PCC or other EHR systems.
• Experience with older adults or in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-service environments.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for The Meadows of Napa Valley, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Respond to resident emergencies and assist responders as needed.
• Prepare incident reports and documentation following emergencies or incidents.
• Provide hospitality-driven service by anticipating needs and connecting residents to appropriate services.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests by providing information and directing to departments.
• Greet visitors and prospective residents and direct inquiries to Sales and Marketing as appropriate.
• Support security by greeting and screening visitors and employees.
• Maintain records in PCC and internal systems.
• Manage mail and packages and distribute items.
• Serve as central hub for communication among buildings.
• Promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
