Job summary

Meadowood Napa Valley is seeking a courteous Guest Services/Bellman to warmly greet guests, open doors, and orient them to the property. You will explain facilities, escort guests to rooms, and provide a thorough room orientation with all amenities explained to ensure a superior stay.

Candidates should have strong customer service experience, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. Spanish knowledge is a plus and the role includes tips and a starting hourly rate of $18.00.

• Assist with luggage, deliveries, and transportation as needed.
