Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Boca Raton is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth, maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro, answer and route calls, and provide accurate messages while upholding Sunrise’s hospitality standards.

You will support move-in steps and marketing materials, assist with appointments, mail, and rosters, monitor safety and sign-in procedures, and help with basic office tasks. Part-time role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families warmly.
• Answer and route calls; take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews; support Sales inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain front desk, Bistro area, and mail distribution.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and perform basic office tasks.
