Serenity Mental Health Centers in Layton, UT is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first friendly face visitors see. You’ll check people in, answer calls, and ensure guests feel welcome and supported.

With a focus on calm efficiency, you’ll manage scheduling, maintain visitor information, and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented environment that prioritizes privacy and a positive experience for every caller and guest.

Qualifications

• Calm energy, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using email, scheduling systems, and databases.
• Strong sense of privacy and confidentiality (or willingness to learn).
• 1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Update and verify visitor information with every interaction.
• Assist with forms and answer general questions.
• Build rapport with visitors — remembering their names, stories, and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front area.
• Use scheduling software and office tech efficiently.
• Help out where needed — we’re a collaborative team.
