Serenity-Healthcare-1 is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first friendly face visitors see. You’ll check people in, answer phones, and help with forms, ensuring a calm, professional experience from arrival to departure.

No industry experience required; 1+ year in fast-paced service roles is preferred. You’ll work three days a week, with PTO, holidays, and benefits, valuing reliability and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Update and verify visitor information with every interaction.
• Assist with forms and answer general questions.
