Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in fast-paced service roles, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort with scheduling tools, email, and databases, while upholding privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using email, scheduling systems, and databases.
• Strong sense of privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Update and verify visitor information with every interaction
• Assist with forms and answer general questions
• Build rapport with visitors—remembering names, stories, and preferences
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front area; use scheduling software and office tech efficiently
