Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using digital tools like email, scheduling systems, and databases.
• A strong sense of privacy and confidentiality (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Update and verify visitor information with every interaction
• Assist with forms and answer general questions
