Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Receptionist at The Ashford of Mt. Washington in Cincinnati. This PRN role focuses on greeting visitors, directing them, and providing essential front-desk support to residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, computer proficiency, and a customer‑service mindset. You will handle mail, payments, phones, and general administrative tasks in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in operating a computer.
• Organized and self-motivated with strong customer service.
• Ability to communicate with peers, visitors and residents.
• Read and interpret work instructions and apply basic math.
• Make routine decisions requiring little judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and announce their arrival.
• Maintain clean, presentable lobby area for visitors.
• Provide general administrative support when needed.
• Sort the mail and distribute to proper person.
• Keep filing up to date.
• Take payments for resident bills and give receipts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned such as answering phones, monitoring nursing call system and various systems as assigned.
