Wallick Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents at The Ashford of Mt. Washington in Cincinnati, OH. The role offers full-time or PRN schedules and a pay rate of $18/hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certification is required; Nurse Aide Certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and coworkers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly and support resident needs.
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and events.
• Support mobility: lifting, turning, and repositioning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
