You will answer multi-line calls, maintain the front office, and assist other departments as needed in a caring, senior-focused community that values dignity and individualism. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ receptionist experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors.
• Answer the telephone.
• Maintain the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
• Assist residents and families.
• Assist the Business Office Director, General Manager, and other departments as needed.
