Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hotel or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel PMS.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
