Job summary

McCurley Dealerships is seeking a Receptionist to greet customers and handle calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. The role includes data entry, filing, mail handling, and various clerical tasks at the front desk in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and direct to the appropriate person/department.
• Perform data entry, filing, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information.
• Obtain customers’ name and arrange contact with the right person.
• Take messages professionally and note the nature of business.
• Maintain the front desk clerical duties and filing systems.
• Assist stamping, sorting, and distributing mail and other duties as assigned.
