Responsibilities include processing check-ins, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues to WOW guests, promoting hotel programs, and collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to engage guests and create a positive first impression.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues calmly.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and requests noted.
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local area.
• Promote and upsell hotel programs and services.
• Resolve problems to WOW guests and recover from service gaps.
• Interact with resort staff professionally to support operations.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and hotel policies.
