Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking motivated individuals to join the Front Desk team at the Aloft Sarasota Hotel in Florida. The role involves creating memorable first impressions and providing exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates should have at least one year of high guest interaction in a customer service role, a valid driver's license, and a team-oriented mindset. This position offers a pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour along with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing.

Responsabilités

• Help guests discover their ‘Wanderlust’ experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and special requests are fulfilled.
