Aloft Sarasota, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is hiring a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check in and out, and help ensure memorable stays. You will be the first impression, answer questions, and share local tips while maintaining accuracy and courtesy in a fast-paced lobby.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a friendly CARE culture. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow across a renowned hotel portfolio in sunny Sarasota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Engaging personality capable of connecting with guests.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and out; issue room keys and manage reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide local recommendations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues to WOW them.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and emergency procedures.
