Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate staff or rooms.
• Notifies staff upon appointment arrivals and escorts guests as needed.
• Answers routine questions about services, products, and directions.
• Notifies management of customer service or security issues.
• Receives and handles deceased belongings following chain of custody procedures.
• Answers and routes phone calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintains a welcoming environment; offers beverages and comforts to families.
