Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly—in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and calm.
• Manage scheduling for services and providers with accuracy.
• Answer questions about services, memberships, packages, and skincare products.
• Process payments and maintain client records.
• Support providers with light back-of-house tasks and prepare treatment rooms.
• Keep the front desk stocked with refreshments, retail products, and signage.
• Upsell retail products and promotions aligned with client goals.
• Stay current on services and spa offerings through ongoing training.

We're looking for a Front Desk Concierge who can deliver impeccable client service and help create a seamless experience from check-in to post-treatment care. You'll be the first impression of our spa and one of the most important parts of our clients' journey.

• Previous experience in a medspa, salon, or luxury retail is required
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Experience with booking/scheduling software
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Available evenings/weekends and open to occasional coverage shifts
