Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Comfort working with individuals with mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-person access point for clients and guests.
• Greet clients and check-in/out accurately.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; follow up on missed ones.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
