You will patch calls, verify client information, and support the legal team with related duties in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to abide by confidentiality requirements when working with sensitive information, results, and communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Answers and screens inquiry calls and emails from prospective and regular clients.
• Directing, transferring calls to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Respects client dignity and confidentiality.
• Maintains security by following procedures.
• Maintains clean work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions, irregularities, and continuing needs in the system.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Various projects and duties as assigned.
