H&R Block is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to warmly welcome clients, manage check-in, and support daily office operations in our Lake Village, AR office. This in-person role is a entry-level stepping stone into tax preparation and leadership opportunities.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, coordinate with tax professionals, handle confidential documents, and help maintain a professional, client-focused office environment during tax season, including

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
