Job summary

Blue Skies of Texas Senior Living Community in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest services, manage guest check-in/out, and coordinate with Courtesy Officers. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, multitasking, and a customer-first attitude.

You will handle POS transactions, mail, inquiries, and maintenance requests, while upholding security procedures, cash handling, and daily desk reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some office/clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to work with general supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, guests, and visitors and assists with questions and directions.
• Responds to calls and requests, coordinates with on-duty Courtesy Officer.
• Operates POS and handles deposits, postage, copies, and mail processing.
• Registers visitors, maintains desk records, and ensures cash handling accuracy.
• Monitors security and CCTV; routes maintenance requests and updates work orders.
• Produces daily desk reports and supports in-store and front desk operations.
